MISSION & VISION

NOCS Graffiti is an event where artists have a safe space to paint and provide a positive outlet for our young aspiring artists. This graffiti event was curated by David Picaso aka ZENSAY315 in 2011. The event is showcasing current or upcoming street artists that use mostly aerosol paint and mix media.

Overall Goals:

  1. Build community among hip-hop, urban artists and arts enthusiasts.
  2. Help the general public understand graffiti as a subculture and raise awareness of graffiti as an art form.
  3. Generate excitement and inspiration within the urban art subculture.
  4. Showcase the depth of artistic talent involved in urban arts projects.
  5. Encourage today’s public artists to depict positive messages in their work.
