Each type of content has a distinct definition:

Obscene content For content to be ruled obscene, it must meet a three-pronged test established by the Supreme Court: It must appeal to an average person’s prurient interest; depict or describe sexual conduct in a “patently offensive” way; and, taken as a whole, lack serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value.

Indecent content portrays sexual or excretory organs or activities in a way that is patently offensive but does not meet the three-prong test for obscenity.

Profane content includes “grossly offensive” language that is considered a public nuisance.

Event time start at 6pm and the earliest any artist can paint is at 10 am. Artist are required to be at the event from 12pm – 3pm. After 3pm, there will be a security sweep – which means, nobody can come in or out during security sweep from 3pm-4:30pm.

All artists will be meeting together during security sweep at a location given at the time of the event. The security sweep will be conducted from 3pm through 4:30pm.

Artist that cannot make it from 12pm- 3pm can come back between 4:30pm – 6pm but will require to use either their badge or a ticket to come in only once. Badges or ticket will be given upon arrival. So that means, you can come in once. If you leave, you are not able to come back in. The gates closes at 6pm and that means nobody can come with paint.

Any artist that doesn’t confirm by 3pm will forfeit their panels and will be given to people on the waiting list or given to an artist who is available.

Are ladders provided?

No, ladders or step stools will not be provided. You must carry and bring your own ladder or step stool.

We recommend that you come in from 10am through 2:30pm and park near by and unload your stuff. This way, you can pack your stuff near by and not walk far away from the event.

Are the panels painted?

Kinda, we use last year panels and paint a light coat of white.  Sometimes the image is still transparent and sometimes it is all covered up. You are more than welcome to roll your panels before you paint. This means, you would have to show up early and paint your own panels up.

This way, you have enough time to paint and enjoy the event.
